Job Description
Department- Power Solution Reports to Manager
Offers the industry’s premier line of standard products, for Network Power, AC-DC and DC-DC
power conversion, as well as a host of products for application specific power conversion and
protection.
Job Purpose
Assist the Manager in handling all the departmental service sales and activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning all the product/equipment installations.
- Responsible for all field operations, to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Provide the necessary technical support to the Technicians and Engineers, as needed.
- Supervise all the maintenance contracts and activities.
- Provide the necessary customer service and ensure all client issues are resolved.
- Supervise the work of Technicians and Engineers, and ensure any issues are addressed accordingly.
- Achieve all the set Service Revenue and collection targets.
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times.
- Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis.
- All other job-related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevantsubject
Experience
4 - 6 years of exp and / or a combination of exp and education.
