relations and transportation details for a company, He is
responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce
procurement expenses, He is also be responsible for developing strategic plans
to address delayed orders or discontinued products and make sure the goods are delivered on time, he is
also responsible of hiring
, training and manage procurement department Staff.

Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used
in the business including maintenance needs. 2.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with
vendors and suppliers while continually scouting for additional
vendors. 3.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. 4.
Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways
to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness
of deliveries. 5. Communicating with
management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods
and services affecting production. |

6. Conducting cost analyses and
setting benchmarks for
improvement. 7.
Developing risk management procedures & inventory management to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages. 8.
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility. 9. Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and
services on time. 10. Performing risk
assessments on potential contracts and agreements. 11.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving
on procurement costs. 12.
Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track orders, inventory, and the supply
of goods. 13. Preparing procurement & Logistics reports. 14. Managing the procurement &
Logistics team and delegating tasks
across departments. 15. Supervise, coach
and train warehouse workforce. 16. Manage logistics operations, including transportation and distribution of products. 17. Supervise warehouse activities, ensuring proper
storage, organization, and
inventory accuracy. 18. Implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to ensure optimal
functionality. 19. Ensuring adequate inventory levels of maintenance materials and spare parts to support ongoing maintenance activities while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. |
1. BS degree in business administration or relevant field.
2. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
3. Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization, and decision-making.
4. Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
5. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
8+ years operations experience. and Professional Knowledge in organizational development requirements.
